Our Story
Shashank Sharma
Founder
Shashank has over half a decade of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer. His mornings on weekdays are reserved for the myriad courts, tribunals and other fora in Delhi.
When done with the court appearances, usually by 14:00, the rest of the day is for meetings with clients, and catching up with drafting and other responsibilities.
He's most at ease appearing in matters drafted by his own hand, but has been tapped repeatedly over the years to address arguments, and otherwise assist in matters prepared and handled by colleagues.
An accomplished scribe, Shashank has written hundreds of articles about Open Source software, for various international professional publications, most recently Linux Format and Linux User & Developer Magazine, published in the UK. He's also the co-author of a popular book about a leading Open Source operating system.
The natural inclination to write has served him well in his endeavours to provide the best possible legal solution, be it in the shape of legal advise, or any other legal drafting.
